IMX Solutions provides web hosting, domain registration, DNS management, business email, VPS services and related infrastructure and support services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords and contact information. Activities performed through your account are considered your responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Spam, phishing or malware distribution
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Copyright infringement
• Activities that negatively affect other customers or services

4. Customer Content

You retain ownership of all content hosted through your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Billing and Payments

Services are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Domains

Domain registrations and renewals are subject to applicable registry and registrar policies. Customers are responsible for ensuring domains remain renewed.

7. Backups

While backup services may be provided, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own copies of important data.

8. Support

Support is provided through the channels made available by IMX Solutions and is limited to the services supplied by IMX.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and stable services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

10. Suspension and Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated or if invoices remain unpaid.

11. Limitation of Liability

IMX Solutions shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
